Luis is a very polite gentleman done his work. The same day I called the office to advise that the washer was not working, Luis came the next day to fix the issue according to him, he forgot to plug in some wire, he left and I proceeded with my business. Well still it was not working, again called the office and explained to the lady on the phone the issue I was having she was not perfectly helpful was very rude, she was scheduling me again for the following week . I told her I needed my washer fix . She advised me that I would be charged if there is nothing wrong i told her its not working again she was rude I told her I don't want anymore of your service. I will call my home warranty and cancel your company. I don't need a company that can't finish there job. I am not satisfied with your customer service very unprofessional. But the tech was respectful. Thank you.

Our tech was great. It took a long time for parts to arrive
