Not heating, everything else works. The connection going to he magnetron was lose, disconnected and reconnected backup, tested, unit is heating to spec.

Parts fell from top onto cake when broiler was turned on. Found some type of black plastic melted on bottom panel of bake burner, some spots on top broil plate as if the black stuff had exploded, door also has a big chuck of the stuff. Oven components were all in one piece, none broken or missing. Tech line got on telepresence with me to take pictures of the black stuff that was also on one of the racks. Techline ruled it out as some sort of pan/container was put or left in oven, making it melt.

Not cooling in FF compartment/semi freezing. EFM its ceased, getting proper voltage. Replaced grill assy, tested, working to spec.

Installing new igniter, tested, working to spec.

Installing new drum. Tested, working to spec.
