Not cooling. On arrival the FF door was not closing right and door was offset from the freezer one, all due to unit leaning back. Pulled the unit forward to level the leveling legs but it wasnt the legs, the floor had actually gave out cracking the tiles and dropping about and 1 1/2 from wall right under the rear/left leveling leg. Removed the evaporator panel to check frost pattern, finding shaved ice on panel and a good amount of solid ice at the top of the evaporator not allowing air flow. Ambient air was coming through the return opening in the fresh food side due to door not closing all the way. I steamed and removed all the ice allowing fan to circulate the air properly.

installed new unit customer had new filter system installed

Unit stops before rinsing/gives error code F8E1. Cold Water coming out too slow, filter screen was clean. Also the ACU not detecting the pressure coming in correctly. Replaced water valve nd ACU. Tested, unit working to spec.

Unit not draining/f11 error code. Air gap was very clogged with good amount of plastic. Had to remove the air gap completely to clean out, reinstalled it, tested, unit working to spec, no error code came back.
