Placed unit in a quick wash cycle and let unit run while checking components. Reset computers and tested on regular cycle. Unit working as designed.

found turbidity sensor dirty and pump cover slightly off not allowing the pump to work properly. Cleaned turbidity sensor and installed cover properly. Tested unit multiple times. Unit working as designed.

found ice maker turned on and no water going to unit. Placed unit in service mode and tested water valves, customer confirmed noise. Place unit back in to normal operation. Turned ice maker off.

found the water valves making loud noise when ice maker calls for water. Unit is not hooked up to water.

Called tech line, tech advised unit could have floating neutral or steam coming from inside when door is opened could be causing issue. Placed a small baking dish with water inside the unit. Allowed water to heat up and steam, opened door and duplicated issue. Steam is floating up and causing issues with the display board.
