Unit shook alot leaving the door locked this time. Unit lost balance due to an unbalanced load, it stopped spinning locked door, customer forced the door open to get clothes out but broke the lid lock in the process making PCB door relay constantly click. Quoted customer for new door lock, he stated that he was gonna call office to let us know if he wants to move forward with repair.
