Unit shakes, wont finish cycle/makes loud noise. Found the pulley cover off with missing screws, every time customer used loaded unit itd smash the cover which would make tub bounce around banging on walls. Used two screw from TS, reinstalled the cover, calibrated unit, tested, working to spec.
