Evacuated system, replaced filter dryer, compressor, and condenser. Pressurized system to 150 psi with nitrogen to check for leaks and blockages. System not leaking, no blockages found. Vacuumed down system and charged. Observed pressures on gauges, pressures stabilized at -3.5/73.3 psi. Full frost pattern beginning to form, unit beginning to cool/

found suspension weak. Replaced suspension and tested unit in service mode. Found two error codes stored in the system. UB-unbalanced load ending final spin. Dc- unbalanced load. Tested all components in the unit in service mode. Unit working as designed. Observed unit is sitting on uneven concrete. Adjusted feet to stabilize unit.

Placed unit in serivce mode, found no error codes stored in the system, ran unit in service mode. Filled tub completely full of water and ran both fast and slow agitation cycles. Did not observe water leaking from anywhere on/in the unit. Ran drain pump to check drain lines for cracks or holes. No cracks or holes, no water leaking from drain lines in, under, or from unit to wall. Customer stated it was about half a cup of water he observed on the floor. Pulled agitator and checked drive plate was tight. Ran unit through a quick wash cycle.
