Called tech to have them walk me through service mode. Set phone in freezer on video to observed the ice maker during self test. Ice Maker is working as designed. Bail arm comes all the way down and ice maker twists and turns as it should. Unit working as designed.

Repalced damaged door and tested unit . Unit working as designed.

Replaced faulty pump and sensor. Tested unit, unit no longer losing water and sensor reading properly. Unit working as designed.

Adjusted hinge a little bit and tested unit. Unit working as designed.

Water dispenser is leaking and gasket in freezer is bad replace seal tested okay. Water line had a crack causing an air leak. Replace damaged water line, and installed Union tested okay.
