found rodent damage to the drain hose causing leak under the sink

Replaced heating element and tested unit. Unit working as designed.

Replaced air tower and gasket. Tested unit for air leaks around the bottom of the tower. Unit no longer leaking.

Placed unit in service mode and tested the ice maker. Ice maker went through test cycle. When it made call for water, no water could be heard going in to or through the valves and filter and up to the ice maker. Pulled bottom plate off and looked with flashlight. Can physically see there is about 4 coils or line behind the units. Customer needs to have someone come out and pull units to check supply lines.

Placed unit in service and found error code for ambient temperature sensor fault. Called tech, tech Chris, walked me through diagnostics on all the sensors and resetting the error code. Unit cooling when I walked in, all sensor reading properly, unit working as designed.
